Free Shipping
If you place an order over a certain amount, shipping will be free within New Zealand.
We use Fastway Couriers to ship within New Zealand. Once your shipment is packed and ready to be collected you'll receive a shipping notification via email. This will have a tracking code that you can check on Fastway's website.
We don't send packages within New Zealand 'signature required' - this is because most deliveries go to a person's home and often there's no one home. If the courier driver thinks it's safe to leave the package, it will be left. If not, then it may need to be collected, and the driver will leave a description of what to do. Overseas orders that on economy courier may be sent signature-required.
Heat sensitive products: if you order natural fish oils, we recommend you send them to an address where you can accept delivery as if they are left in the sun, this is not ideal for their quality.
Lost in transit? If you check on the courier's website and it says the product has been delivered, but you are sure it hasn't, please first contact the courier company to verify this. If it's still not resolved, please contact us and we will take it up with them. We must be notified within 5 days of your order (for New Zealand). Note: we can't accept responsibility for your product once it is delivered.
Broken in transit? It happens occasionally. If this is the case, please let us know. Don't send the item or packaging back until you've spoken to us.
In the event that products are out-of-stock, we will notify you. Sometimes a product will show as in-stock because stock levels on the site are not always refreshed immediately, or a product may have been loaded incorrectly.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide using New Zealand Post. The delivery amount is estimated from New Zealand Post's website. Weight is the predominant factor in international postage. If you choose the track and trace option, please use NZ Post's website to track your parcel using the number in the shipping notification.
Can we ship to your country?
Russian customs are extremely hard to deal with, so we don't ship there.
Some countries may be subject to additional credit card checks, or only available to order via Paypal.
Customs and import regulations for your country
Every country has its own regulations about what can and cannot be imported. We can't possibly know what these are, therefore it's your responsibility to check first whether you can import the products that you are ordering. The Customs service in your country may confiscate and destroy goods and rarely return them to us. If they are returned, then we'll refund you the cost of the product, minus any postage costs and a $5 handling fee. We can only provide a refund once the products have arrived back here, and not if they're merely being detained or in transit.
Delivery times for overseas customers
It can be as quick as 3-4 days, or it can take three weeks. The variance in delivery times is never predictable. However, if you live in a major city, it's likely to arrive more quickly.
We ship overseas frequently, and very few orders have any difficulty whatsoever.
